First and Foremost, beginning August 2024, buyers will be required to sign a written agreement with a their real estate agent, PRIOR to touring any properties.
Before we venture out looking for your perfect property, getting a pre-qualification or pre-approval from your lender is paramount. This will identify your price point and save us time looking at such properties. I am happy to provide recommendations of a trusted local lender. Should you be a cash buyer, verification of assets will be required when we present your offer.
After we understand your price point, and identify what it is you are looking for in your next home, I will create a customized search for you.
So you've found the perfect property, what's next?
To buy the property you love, making a great offer is essential. We'll review relevant properties, and research the home and its history, so you can make informed decisions. Drafting the contract, we'll need to decide how much of an earnest money deposit to offer and if there will be any contingencies. Next, I'll get busy compiling your offer. Upon your approval, it's time to submit your offer to the seller. I will utilize my expertise and negotiation skills to obtain an agreement. Next, we open escrow. Don't worry, I will communicate with you throughout the entire process as we work toward a successful closing.
